When I was 13 i played call of duty on my ps3 all day whilst mouthbreathing
I worried about my K/D ratio and killstreak rather than my shitty habits jfl

Just follow this advice, brother ur 13 lmao u haven't even properly hit puberty yet stay off of here it's full of creepy bad people who will ruin ur mental health, just be healthy and enjoy life and grow normally and properly

you need to do something called waterpulling it’s a very effective looksmax and you will be able to improve your jawline a lot

also in order to tighten the skin around your jawline to make it look more sharp you have to wear this mask, low inhib if you wear it outside

Since everyone else replied with a spaz answer, i'll give you real advice, but it's not going to be fun. Many people say 13 is too young to get a jawline/hollow cheeks, but I disagree completely.

You're going to want to consume more potassium and water. Water is good in almost all aspects of looksmaxing, but especially for getting hollow cheeks. Potassium decreases water retention making your face look bloated. Consume 2 bananas a day for potassium, it's the best source of it. Furthermore, consume less sodium. After consumung large amounts of sodium, your body needs to balance itself out, so it will end up holding onto water in certain places, which can include the face. Additionally, drop bodyfat percentage drastically. Bodyfat also includes fat in the face and there is no way to specifically target it, so consume less calories and out of the calories you eat, much of it should be protein, also make sure you're working out. Though, doing this is not the best idea because it could stunt your growth if you are too extreme. Lastly, chew gum and run. This is simple, if you're doing everything else, running a few miles a day and chewing gum will make a large difference. There are other factors that play a role but i've listed the biggest ones. I did this when I was 13 as well and started seeing hollow cheeks just a few months after, so trust me it works.
