im 17 probably around 17% body fat. my body looks fine but my face is the first thing that stores fucking fat so idek what 2 do might just grab a knife and get it out

u aint gon fuck up ur hormones by cutting, unless u do it aggresively and very rapidly by starving urself, test and hormones peak at 12% bofyfat so u can cut confidently

yeah, gon on a slight calorie deficit, i would say -250cals from ur mantainance is good, make sure ur eating enough meat, and get ur required nutrients, avoid sugars and processed food, (those alone fuck up ur hormones) and keep good sleep, gymmaxing helps for test, join a sport in which u run cause that also helps, its just about keeping urself healthy tbf, dont overcomplicate things, its not that hard. (btw 12% bodyfat may be too litlle, aim for 13-15%)

And pls don't ask such a retarded question, it actually help reducing levels of insulin and leptin, which are associated with fat storage reduced inflammation also, which have very positive effect on ur body and go for it but just take ur time

yeah ive been gymmaxxing for 1.5 years. i got muscles underneath so im not scared to cut
