Testosterone is a sex hormone responsible for the regulation of other hormones (such as HGH) which have an impact on longitudinal growth, meaning that lower levels of T can limit your height growth to some degree. Sleep deprivation over time increases cortisol which can massively reduce testosterone levels. Factors other than sleep deprivation can also raise cortisol levels, leading to a further decrease. Theoretically, even as little as a 10% reduction in T levels over time could have a tremendous impact on your height. Thoughts on this?
