Kind of. Depression is usually a constellation of alot of things, including social ones like being rejected or humiliated. But nowadays people are alot more depressed than we were back in the day. This is because of how our society is nowadays, so a good way to become happy is to reject society. Atleast one should strive to live as naturally as possible if they want to be happy. Eating lots of meat and organs and being in a forest helps a ton with fixing our fucked up biochemistry. Blood is also very healthy.
