It's just not worth it. You get so much stress for nothing. I'll probably still be high inhib, stupid, non-NT whatever but it's better to be a piece of shit than a rotting corpse. Rotting is not going to bring back the past it's just going to lower you even further. I need to stop lowering my self esteem and just take accountability for any fuck ups and accept myself.

I'm always panicking and living in my head which just makes me even dumber. Maybe I need to get a psychiatrist or something.
