A lot of shitty compulsive thoughts like:

-If I didn't have a solid, supportive, fun friend-group in the past? Why would I ever get one in the future? Stop trying.
-If I didn't really have a girlfriend/FwB in the past, why would I ever have it in the future? Give up.
-If I wasn't attractive before, why would I ever be in the future? You are ugly.

And this leads to legit self-sabotage when I come across girls that I could date, guys that I could chill with and the looksmaxxing that I am planning.

I am stuck in the fucking past. My ideas on life, due to my negative past, only further sabotage my life quality in the future.

I put so much pressure on my performance, dates, hang-outs, etc. and nothing ever seems good enough.

Which causes me to give-up.

Brutal mental illness. Although it is the kind that most people suffer from in one degree or another, just that most people are less self-aware and have it less severe than me.

Another retarded thing:

2023 was an incredibly successful year for me financially. I invest with huge risks and leverage, and I managed to double my money. Increasing my net worth by ~15k.

This achievement is immediately undone as I think back of the time where I was almost a millionaire in 2020, but then lost it all.

Like, what is my deal. I can't win unless I somehow become a millionaire now, because I was almost a millionaire at some point in my past?

My mindset makes it impossible to win.
