If u go with good surgeon then fat grafts are very legit like in this pic:

Note she is very old already.

Retin-A impact isnt some super big. It wont destroy ur fat pads compeletly.

Im using Retin-A and my skin feels great. Even if it decrease fat under your facial skin then its still worth it.
