I have 53 days to get fit, Have good skin To impress my crush I was thinking of a diet like this.

Breakfast:

- Oatmeal with honey, fruits,
- Eggs, fruits
- Sandwich or toast with peanut butter
- Avocado, vegetables, fruits
- Cereal
- Omelette

Lunch:

- Pasta, rice with chicken or fish.
- Chicken breast, steak

Dinner:

- Veggies, fruits and chicken.
- Salad

Also what do you recommend for looksmaxxing beginners?
