It's not even been a week since I broke my longest nofap streak ever. I wanted to try fapping again, and I did.
Things I noticed:
Firstly onlyfans has completely demolished all free stuff. There's absolutely 0 new free content, so if you're thinking about ending nofap streak in case there's something new, there isn't. I used to like reddit for that type of dirty stuff, but now it's absolutely to the rim with content like ''would you fuck a girl in a red sweater?'' and they spam that picture to 100 different subreddits to sell their onlyfans. And every woman there does the same thing.

Secondly, it wasn't even overtly enjoyable like I had remembered. I enjoy life more on nofap, and that small moment of pleasure is absolutely not worth it, because it only sucks that enjoyment from the rest of your day. (dopamine receptors and shit)

Thirdly, I started feeling sick, like I have a cough. I haven't been coughing up in months or having slime in my throat, but now that I fapped it all of a sudden happens. My logical conclusion from this is, that the reproduction of expended semen is so taxing on the body, that you get fucking sick from masturbating.

I may be at the very start again, but I've never been so motivated about this, like fuck PMO is shit!! Go to reddit r/semenretention for more resources on stopping jerking off.

Yeah, and the amazing thing is that the 145.7% increase in levels of testosterone in the first 7 days is the least noticeable change that will happen in nofap. Like in 7 days I barely noticed a change, but in 70, in 140. Wow, it's like you're a different person. More assertive, aggressive, you don't care what other people think about you anymore after over 120 days. It's amazing. Now that I've fapped a few times, I can feel that feeling of caring what other people think sneaking up on me.

Very well said. Women don't need sex nearly as much as men. They can do fine without it until marriage, and for sure respect a man who can do the same, not be driven to craziness by lust.
