I think i developed micro fracture on foot due to walking

So i started walking recently been 2 weeks i walk 5 km everyday also my soles are hard so yesterday after i completed walking i feel so much pain in foot when i walk mainly

That shouldn’t happen. I walk everyday 4.5km nothing wrong happen. U need some milk and good shoes. Actually shoes shouldn’t even matter since I walked with fukin slippers
