I think im going to forget about jaw surgery and just get a rhino tbh

I feel like my frontal wont improve that signifcantly after getting invase af jaw surgery+ I would need to get my wisdom tooth removed for it and fly overseas etc etc

I feel like fixing my nose and losing facial fat, and possible lower eye lid retraction would improve me more then jaw surgery tbh

Since im not getting jaw surgery, I can prollly get a rhino in the summer and prolly buccal fat removal, lower lid retraction.

jfl only the first and the last are actually orthognathic surgery.

@Gosick why don't you consult with some OMFS surgeon first and see if you're actually candidate for bimax?
