12g carbs for 100g (not too much carbs actually in comparison with rice/pasta/flour)

I will steam them with their skins (I don't even mind the skin, I love food too much) (remember skin has nutrients too)

I will season them with a bit of salt, a bit of salt substitute too, black pepper, garlic powder, and also fresh minced parsley

I will get some potassium, some beta carotene and yeah, some taste too

I need to eat healthier

I need debloating food to look at my best

Parsley is a good diuretic too
