What should I know to prevent confusions?

Yeah my goal is to look bigger, so I will read the frame guide and focus on exercising my neck, shoulders, back and arms. Do you think that will be enough or should add anything else?

you should not spend more than an hour imo esp as a beginner cuz you can get away with doing less, here's a simple routine that might help you

day1:
bench press
incline bench press
tricep pushdwon
lateral raises

day2
pull ups or pulldowns
machine row
tbar rows
bicep curls

day3
squat
rdls
leg extension
leg curls

2 sets each and 2 min rest in beetween

Don't do sit ups on the decline bench on your first day like me

Oldhead came up and informed me of my mistake it was brutal
 
- Perform the lift in a controlled manner always
- Focus on yourself, don't compare yourself to anyone else
- Get your form right as soon as possible, so focus on doing it right. Imagine practicing a jab 10,000 times but improperly
- Don't neglect cardiovascular health, don't neglect cardio like a brainlet
- PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, (LEARN THAT)
- Macros, get adequate protein intake as well (This is incredibly important, aim to become almost undergraduate tier of knowledge here)
- SLEEP, SLEEP, SLEEP


If I have more tips I will add them. But let me tell you something, do no ego lift, do no injure yourself. I can easily find you an older man that would probably get on their knees and beg you to be safe. YOU DO NOT WANT A CHRONIC INJURY. Always be safe. Okay? Always be safe.
