Legit, most people on this site are aspie teenagers who have no idea how life works. Many of them probably think that they will look like a male model after a few surgeries and that it's impossible to be happy after you turn 25.

You should only get surgeries to fix palpable failos so you look somewhat normal and then do roids to get a 90th percentile body and get a tan (or get lighter skin if ethnic). After this you are bound to get at least some women and people won't treat you like a subhuman.

I'm not against surgeries, it's just that the results are overblown on PSL forums. I will probably get some normie surgeries like a rhino and an eyebrow transplant because I legit need them, my nose tip is bulbous and makes me look like a troll and my eyebrows are kinda weak.

I'm not expecting to become attractive after this, it's just necessary for me to look somewhat normal. I'll most likely get BSSO as well to fix a slight overbite but that's far into the future.
