My height = 69" (aka 5'9")

69 divided by 4 = 17.25.

My neck is 17" (16.75" on a bad day) and I dont even do direct training for it.... lol...

Having a neck that thick would look comically large in relation to your body. If you’re a framecel, your neck circumference should be half your waist circumference at 15% body fat or below.
