If we are going to take this ratings stuff seriously we need to make the definitions of every tier clear

For example make it clear that Low HTN is "considered GL for 50% of the population or more" (Again just an example), saying Strong MTN is above average, etc

Every tier should be properly defined so that we stop with the nonsense of extremely wide ranges of ratings for everyone. There are a lot of people who go from Mid HTN to LTN and stuff like that.

Otherwise we are just wasting our time (Even more)
