It really depends on what you're there for. To be honest, I would go get some coffee, and then go to a big park in the city that a lot of people go to. You don't always have to do anything crazy. Can just sit and enjoy the day. Just becomes kinda boring cause you're sitting there alone. Maybe look for IOIs and go cold approach based on how you're getting viewed by the women that you see.
