They want everyone to be miserable as they are. A waste of time. It's amazing how much you can accomplish when you ignore them.
I changed my life over the past 6 months with a better diet and now I got some lost strength back. I can bench 260 lbs which isn't bad for my age. I am glad that I don't post here often or else I would just be a miserable lowlife.
