I’m starting looksmaxing. Where to start?

Hey, I came across this forum and decided it’s time to looksmax.

I have pretty bad nose acne, right now i’m using a facial cleanser and moisturizer,

My bmi is 26.6 and i’m planning to go into a calorie deficit with a budget of 2,045 calories. I am also going to go to the gym with full body workouts.

What else should i incorporate into a routine or is there anything I should change/add , again I am a noob at this stuff.

incorporating cardio and debloating is a must but debloating is day to day.

Also on cardio, I was going to start using a rowing machine as I heard it’s a good full body cardio.

rowing is good start i also recommend the cycling and general treadmill as those are really good. ill find debloat thing and edit this message
