You can’t, only surgery.

working for me so far tbh can't see why I can't just to a salon and ask them to shape my eyebrows positively ive got enough hair for it tbh

I’m pretty sure you could achieve this with botox injected in the lower inner brow, minox on the outer upper edges, plucking some of the outer lower brow and then dying them in a linear fashion towards the ends of the eyebrows.

There was some evolutionary psychologist who said he would trim the inner upper part of his eyebrows to give this illusion.
