DUMB DOWN: So basically speeding up the function of the hypothalamus leads to stimulated thyroid function, stimulated pituitary gland -> stimulated estrogen, test, HGH production. It even regulates cortisol which in turn improves test, but IMO the most important part; the hypothalamus's influence on hormone secretion and circadian rhythm.

What I've also found is that in most children that have stunted growth, the root cause in SO MANY cases, was if the subject had a well functioning hypothalamus.

both, so keeping your plates open through anti aging and also stimulating growth. acidity is by no means good for anti aging either. HGH is amazing tho, old ngas literally inject for this purpose too ig. And while green tea extract lowers dht, with all the excess test you'll have from taking it and doing all the other shit it really won't ever be noticeable.

how do i tell my gut health without getting a hormone test? literally got a blood test a few days ago but the jew doctor didnt get me cleared for hormone check

is there a way i can neutralize the acidity without reducing consumption of acidic foods?
