Typically 3.75mg to 30mg every 1 to 4 months.
i advice you to take 15 mg IM once a month.

You raise a good point.

AI are generally preferred for several reasons:

Less impact on sex hormones: As you mentioned, Lupron significantly reduces testosterone production, which can have negative consequences on puberty and development.
Similar height gain: Studies haven't shown a significant difference in final height achieved between using AI and Lupron.
Potentially reversible effects: Stopping AI treatment allows testosterone production to resume naturally, whereas Lupron might require additional medication to restart testosterone production after treatment.

Just thought this could be an intresting product to make rechearch and anderstand in depth. Sometime LEUPROLIDE ACETATE is still better than ai for those with very hight E2 lvl so may help some who know

If closed growth plate unortunatly i dont think so. The goal of this product is to prevent growth plate closure
