why is better if you make the same gainz on 1x a week?

your levels will be less stable. they will be elevated super high right after injecting and will drop a lot within a week. this causes bad side effects and makes it extremely hard to manage estrogen, whilst also making less consistent gains. I would not recommend a blasting dose at less than 2x a week.

twice is optimal but once is okay, you'll just have tapered off test levels by the end of the week.

do two imo.
