Is it possible for nose to change size on a daily basis?

it can't be my imagination. Some days it looks normal and other times it looks kind of swollen. I got into an argument with my parents over this and they said I'm just mental.
My bank account balance has stayed the same, so I know that isn't the reason. Could it be a side effect from medication?

I never heard about medicine side effects which makes a nose larger. Maybe it's the angle from where you look

depends, i think thicker skinned noses can swell up. mine does when i wake up in the morning for example
