is it possible to achieve a downturned medial canthus thru surgery?

my medial canthus is utterly deformed giving my eye area a shark look

My eyes are deep set and minimal UEE however so I have no upper eye lid exposure and good eyelashes

but I also have NCT

was thinking about canthopexy that I saw on @LOGAN0292 thread

he stated that the medial canthus can be downturned during canthopexy

can anyone confirm with before and afters?

Yes,ignore Korea ,he is a coper,he dosent know anything about surgeries.

He told me u can't get a longer midface through surgery,but u can ,through midface downgraft from bimax or lefort.
