I want to maintain my muscle mass without losing it so if i train with light weight at home each muscles will the muscle mass be preserved or i will lose it slowly considwring i maintain high protein intake ?

Yeah do a research. Even the big profesional body builders build muscle with 5 kg shit

Ye i saw one person at my gym has so much muscle mass but i always see him lifting light weights

Yeah you can, but remember if your not improving you’re falling behind, just letting you know.
