The endeavor seems like a waste of time, especially considering that you are 6"0. Having good proportions is more important than height. Gym maxing + good posture + mewing is much more worth your time.

How long did you take it and at what dose?

I experienced 3 rounds of major shedding. Each time the it was a different compound that set it off. One of those episodes was from taking AI (I no longer use them and still don't get estro sides). I still take gear and I don't lose hair anymore (because I obviously dropped shit that made me lose hair). I'm not going to give recommendations on steroids because I don't want to argue with people nor encourage use of any illicit substances but do your research and limit yourself to only the most hair safe compounds and you'll be fine
