only way, just don't get discouraged and compare ur self to 10% bf kids on insta that angle fraud and edit the fuck out of their pics that make them look big

no idea unless you train 1+ year with calorie surplus and 8-9 hours of sleep before 23:00

if you dont get significant gains your genetics are trash(of course if you didnt train before this, trained athletes wont see much improvement)

If you are asking this question it is over for you.
 
You can look at things like length and straightness of your clavicles, wrist size, facial masculinity, fwhr - indicators of androgenic activity.
The more incel you look like, the less muscle you'll be able to build naturally.
But if you have to wonder, it's over anyway.

I look like the untrained chad, but I’m muscleless and leanmaxxed literally. I have straight clavicles, good position and hip/shoulder circumference. I think it’s time to bulk and gymcell natty for at least, a year, to see if it can help me with my width gains, get broad and get some muscle and more leanness.

From the next Monday I will start with an optimal and balanced diet according to the needs of my body, I will start sleeping 8-9 hours before 22:00 hrs and gymcell for 1 hour. Will come back in a year.

Body halo < height < face = all together makes you a Chad.

I meant that I’m like him in the part that even if he’s a Chad, lurks and reads threads from time-to-time here. I think that all of us, even if we are already Good looking, we want Self-Improvement and looksmaxx.
If you're good-looking, you don't need to looksmaxx, besides watching your caloric intake.

Other than banging gym for a year, you can also get a glimpse of ur genes by your insertions
