Is there any point mewing at 19

I feel like I'm just starting to get the hang of mewing but it burns my face when I do it and I wanna know if there's even a point in trying this at 19 (granted I only turned 19 about 1 month ago)

Do you guys think If I consistently mew for 2 years I'll see actual results

proper tongue position anyways is on the upper palate to prevent mouth breathing (while mouth is closed aswell)

mewing tho doesn't do shit after ur sutures have fused but maybe it can flare ur teeth outwards if ur palate is death-tier narrow
i would do it just incase anyways to prevent more down growth, but don't expect anything major to happen if ur past age of 18
