It will just make your chin and philtrum both look longer.

Without lens distortion he would just have a shorter chin AND philtrum. The ratios wouldn’t change

Has nothing to do with lens distortion. Face distortion is not just due to lens distortion in photos. Nobody knows what his normal posture looks like, how far his distance from the camera, the height of his camera, or many other factors. There is 0 context clue besides a low quality selfie.
