In my opinion, the downfall of patriarchy has showed up that women never liked men and they were only marrying men cuz of religion and lack of job/study opportunities. If this is not true how the 80/20 rule exists.

Its always been like this, that being women being disgusted by the vast majority of men. The social norms were just enforcing that women stay with men they find ugly, they had to tolerate men all that time. They voluntarily chose feminism when the intellectuals gave them the idea.

Mightve been different in more ancient times when both men and women had less exposure to outside populations. If you lived in a village, its unlikely you saw as many faces as we do with the internet so you would have less beautiful people to compare with. There probably was less buyer's remorse when ancient people paired up because of this.

Video games are a symptom and coping mechanism for the problem.

Makes sense I know a lot of young men who rot by playing Valorant, LoL or any other shit that's ruining their lives meanwhile women are living life and getting dates.
