Im thinking little ceasers meat lovers and crazy bread, and 6 krispy kreme donuts..

But i feel really regretful that if I do ill ruin progress; I feel anorexic and i srsly just want some good food

in that day? the meal is about 4300 cals and i have soccer practice and a lift on that day in the morning

It's not going to somehow reverse all the progress you made for all these months, you'll just be bloated a bit. I don't know how you've gone that long without a cheat meal, I have to have one at least once a fortnight to keep me going
