I take arginin glycine collagen 15 mg a day boosting my HGH IGF1 expression by at least 80% during sleep in all safety background , why should I need this fucking creatine while only high doses are worth it with a head full of hair nw1 and creatinine production on the side diminishing renal rendering ?

Just eat meat tbh

Creatine doesn't cause baldness, there is literally just one study that was done on this and it came out inconclusive, holy shit the bioscience here

i read axtansin or w/e its called decreases dht so that may be enough to offset it without fin. however, it is not even conclusive that creatine has big effect on dht levels, I saw a post on tressless of a guy who tested his dht levels before and after and the difference to dht was not significant, but there was a noticeable test increase
