If you feel bloated at low weight, you can get rid of it in half hour. Just go joggin and run like 4-5km and go back and you see amazing result. Honestly Joggin is even better than just drinking water. You get instant result.

Several sets of Sprinting mogs tbh, more intensity better debloating

Water fast, cut sodium + carbs,diuretics, increase potassium, low stress , cardio = bloat slayer
 
Yea for like 20 minutes it will last . Ramirez never jogged

where can i sprint without looking like an aspie Forrest Gump type guy
just have nutty physique and take ur shirt off youll look like athelete type nigguh

and even just wearing airpods and like running back and forth itll look normal tbh just a jit training
 
Cardio is bloat killer!
I look much leaner right after a 5km+ run, but it only lasts for an hour. As soon as I rehydrate my face goes back to looking bloated.

Jogging and any repetitive high impact exercise like that will amplify gravitational effects of skin ageing. I would second the opinion that sprinting is superior both as a form of exercise and for its effects on ageing.
