Just took my braces off (Brace Rape Avoided!)

I just took my braces off by myself, no problems so far. (TY mojopin)

But when I took them off, I smiled to see my teeth atleast (checking for glue spots) and saw my teeth/palate shrunk! I swear ever since I got them on, my maxilla recessed (no cope.)

when i find some school pics ill compare them from before and now.

My mouth is already small and my teeth are crooked as a result of crowding and impacted wisdom teeth I had to have removed.

Might need braces again, smaller mouth would not be ideal.
