Kenshin is a weak and overrated character

Kenshin's godlike speed is nothing. He doesnt move that fast, he just reads his enemies and posistions himself accordingly. Only weak people think he is fast.

Top tier fighters had no issues reacting to him and could move at the same speed. Hiten Mitsurgui is so overrated imo. Aoshi's fighting style was just as fast and Saito, who used a basic move, was able to reach high speeds too. Nothing special about kenshin's techniques at all.

His running was also a joke as even Misao could , barely, keep up with him. The only actually fast character in the show was Sojiro who was actually running fast and didnt fraud like Kenshin.

The character won because the writer wants to. If you simp over how amazing some characters are like aoshi, which is possible because the writers wrote them that way; then you're gonna have to accept Kenshin as the stronger character because he fucking won.
