well maybe not keto, but the last week I cut out all carbs except veggies (which i eat a good bit of everymeal so I'm probably not doing keto). I was eating fruits and high glycemic index foods like potatoes, white bread, dates, etc and I'm starting to notice the red spots on my face starting to finally clear up.

Your acne cleared up because simple sugar spikes triglyceride which contributed to acne, being the primary constituent of sebum. By the way, a high fat and dairy diet will spike it too, so I doubt keto is what cleared up your acne. Probably the veggies tbh
