well maybe not keto, but the last week I cut out all carbs except veggies (which i eat a good bit of everymeal so I'm probably not doing keto). I was eating fruits and high glycemic index foods like potatoes, white bread, dates, etc and I'm starting to notice the red spots on my face starting to finally clear up.
