It's good to begin with but when you get to level 30 the xp multiplier drops off a cliff, such a shitty game mechanic imo.

I heard, when you die you have an option of playing as your male offspring. In the new update, you continue playing as long as you have a male offspring. You cant play as female offspring as it's to easy and don't really belong to ur bloodline.
