Let's get it
Already Downloaded the "Power of the Subconscious Mind" audiobookcliffs:
-your subconscious mind holds what u truly believe about yourself
-your subconscious mind develops its beliefs by what it is told daily by yourself and outside sources
-for years others and u yourself have been feeding it negative beliefs
-u can change your beliefs about yourself by reprogramming by consciously feeding urself positive beliefs about yourself
Miscers, did u USED to be too facially ugly/ too skinny/too fat etc. but now u r really legit aesthetic/jacked/lean or w/e but u STILL FEEL insecure about those things? many miscers apparently do, I see it all the time around here.
The reason is simple: your SUBCONSCIOUS MIND holds all your true beliefs about yourself, and it believes whatever it gets fed--for years possibly others and especially YOUR OWN SELF has been feeding ur mind with thoughts like "I'm too ugly/skinny/fat" etc. this has shaped what u believe deep down. if u still feel insecure u r probably STILL feeding urself such thoughts but even if not they have built up over years in your subconscious mind, so u hold these beliefs and u do not even know it
But u can CHANGE those subconscious beliefs by REPROGRAMMING ur subconscious mind, it takes time--remember u have been building these up day by day for years--but other than that it's easy, there r many different ways so pick ones that u r comfortable with:
-main idea is feed ur mind with positive affirmations about yourself instead of negative statements about yourself
-make it a HABIT to replace any negative thought about yourself with a positive one, example: u catch yourself thinking "I'm ugly" stop and think "I'm a 10/10"
-thru the day just repeat positive thoughts about yourself in ur mind, come up with some specific affirmations about certain points u r working on and repeat them til they r automatic, repetition is how we learn and especially ur subconscious
-use visualization as well as word affirmations
-when laying in bed falling asleep let ur affirmations repeat in ur mind, ur brain is in alpha/theta wave state right then which is most beneficial for reaching ur subconscious and thoughts will sink in while u sleep
-do the same thing when u first wake up
-u can also combine using affirmations with things like meditation, hypnosis or relaxation exercises, similar effect to falling asleep/waking up
-if u feel insecure about certain things, start with affirmations on those points, later on u can switch what u r working on to focus on other goals like success (school, work, money), women or--guess what misc--even LIFTING/BODYBUILDING goals
