Damn my lifts came in a few days ago and I wore them today. I wore the 2cm one because the 4 cm version were coming out of my shoe lmao. My shoes give me an extra inch and a half so now I have close to 6cm. I’m even taller than some white guys now at 188cm. I think it adds 0.5-1 PSL if your already 5’11” to 6’.

Holy fuck are you 6’5”+ ?? Lol. You don’t need it unless you want to look ogre. But the lifts are pretty comfy but they can’t be too comfy because they have to be somewhat sturdy to retain the height. So if you use really comfy shoes you won’t get the most comfort out of them.
