LL: How much cm to add to keep your aestethics?

There is so much talk about LL surgery, but there is few resources about How many CM of maximum height you should add in order to keep your body overall aestethics.
Is there any formula or ratio to keep in mind to do this?
LL go from 5 to 10+cm, so it might change your aestetichs and ratio.

it really depends on your starting height, proportions and wingspan when it comes to femur LL, tibia is the longer the better so there is no limit when it comes to aesthetics
