There was a lot of retarded, crazy advice I had to delete because it advocated dangerous medical practices and stupid consumerism of placebo beauty products. Also, I paraphrased the advice in some cases.

- You are what you eat, so eat heathy.
- Eat bananas for breakfast everyday (AMAZING for anti-aging)
- Keep your skin free of peach fuzz and hair PLEASE. It will change everything. Your skin will look brighter, smoother, and your foundation will look 10X better. This includes shaping your brows. Reserve this once a week like a Saturday.
- Use Chapstick. It's your new bff.
- SUNSCREEN!!!! You will thank yourself will you turn 30.
- This is the crown on your head. Take care of it and it will show.
- Shampoo
- Condition every OTHER day. Conditioner can weight down your hair, but it keeps it shiny and soft.
- Don't bite your nails.
- WORK THE FUCK OUT. GO TO THE GYM.
- 1.5 hours of cardio, daily. No exceptions
- Stay lean and never ever get fat. Don’t bulk up.
- If you're fat, go on a diet. I'm serious. You will be so much more healthier and prettier. I've seen so many girls on r/loseit who started out fat, but now look like supermodels when the only thing they changed was getting skinny. This may be all you need.
- Do squats.
- Take off your glasses and get contacts.
- Consider plastic surgery.
