Fellow Cels, I Sleep every day for around 9-10 hours and take ashwagandha / melatonin to get a good night's sleep
since the last few weeks, the dreams are not as enjoyable.
I really felt amazing when I played a protagonist to save my city in Minecraft, however, I was not able to save it but was dreaming for an hour and I can still imagine it.
I'm dreaming of zombies and ghosts from video games. It scares the shit out of me and I do not want to dream about it.
is there any way to avoid it, I've tried meditation but didn't help.
do not tell me not to sleep/ get a therapy JFL
