Marriot lines and the solution

Ive figured that the maeiot lines coming down from my lips are a major major failo for my harmony and need a solution to this. Ie retinol worth tryinf, ive seen good results but that was on older people with serious marriot lines. Fillers may be a solution but they fill up the face and make it more plump, maybe making face more bloated, i dont know. These are really getting to me at the moment. Wpuld get retin A if anyone knows a good source in the uk
Also, would lowering body fat percentage make marriot lines worse or better.
