To increase the D girth just do clamping, and horse 440's every day without ejaculating. This should get you 1-2 inches in girth and a little bit of length as well.

Why would you be embarrassed? You’re going to buy regular-sized condoms. Most men buy those, hence why they’re regular-sized. Now if you needed small condoms or extra small condoms, then I would’ve understood but that’s not the case. Condoms are only based on girth so the length is irrelevant.
