Never listen to anyone on here for anything that could alter your hormone profile, cause i can promise at least 95% off you on here don't know your hormone profiles, and a lot of you could just die doing retarded shit, I've been lifting for a year and 4 months now NATURALLY, and my physique has changed a insane amount I started at 165 lbs im now 188 morning weight, so fluctuating 187-192. If you want to change for physique as fast as possible, lock. in. your. fucking. diet. A lot of you are cheating yourselves, smoking, drinking, eating retard shit, fuck all of that, if you want to change your body, find your caloric maintenance and if your bulking eat more, cutting eat under. The best app i RECOMMEND, is MY Fitness Pal, you can track everything. And its SO RETARD FREINDLY, you plug in your goals, height and weight, ands they calculate everything for you, you just have to eat.

Now, go the fuck to sleep, 8-9 hours of sleep is literally the most op buff for a human to get, other than fasting.

Now, YOU HAVE TO be that guy in the gym with a little note book and pencil, TRACK YOUR WORKOUTS, the best way to avoid that phase of just going through the motions, is to track your fucking lifts. If you go in and hit chest on a monday and you did 225 for 5 on bench then next week your ass better get 6, week after 7, then up the weight and keep at that pace and believe me you will grow.

Now, be patient, nothing worthwhile is gained quickly. Every goal you have that fulfills you takes time, if its a quick goal, its satanic and most likely retarded.

Rad-140 is retarded but hgh at 14 is ideal jfl peak growth period however needs to be monitored

As someone who has been lifting for almost two decades on and off, who has been accused of roiding by normies on numeral occasions and used to pause bench 3 plates for sets of 5 at his strongest:

Eat in a small surplus of 100-300 kcal. Where you end up in that range depends on your experience, beginners will want to be closer to 300 and vice versa. Anything above that just gets you fat and results in you having to do a deep cut which strips you off muscle.

Eat enough protein, however, over a certain amount does not increase your results. Don't overdo it, but underdoing it is a lot worse.

Lift heavy, close to failure and focus on progressive overload. If your workout intensity is not increasing over time, all you will be doing is maintaining what you already have. You have to actually give your muscles a reason to grow through adaptive stress.

Hit each muscle group 2-3 times a week. Anything less than twice per week does not take full advantage of protein synthesis. Full body workouts are fine, you don't have to do a split, only do a split if that is what you prefer.

Ice cream fitness 5x5 is an excellent routine for beginners and intermediates.

It's not all that complicated tbh.
