And its SO RETARD FREINDLY, you plug in your goals, height and weight, ands they calculate everything for you, you just have to eat.
Now, go the fuck to sleep, 8-9 hours of sleep is literally the most op buff for a human to get, other than fasting.
Now, YOU HAVE TO be that guy in the gym with a little note book and pencil, TRACK YOUR WORKOUTS, the best way to avoid that phase of just going through the motions, is to track your fucking lifts. If you go in and hit chest on a monday and you did 225 for 5 on bench then next week your ass better get 6, week after 7, then up the weight and keep at that pace and believe me you will grow.
Now, be patient, nothing worthwhile is gained quickly. Every goal you have that fulfills you takes time, if its a quick goal, its satanic and most likely retarded.
