- Firstly after the initial water rinse, apply a 3 in 1 shower gel (body, face and hair) all over. This cleans everything all in one go and is fast. I use Nivea Men 3 in 1.
- Straight after you’ve rinsed that off, you want to use a stand-alone conditioner. The most important step for good hair; this adds the moisture and oil back into the hair. Never use a 2 in 1 conditioner/shampoo, it’s terrible and just dries your hair out like normal shampoo.

That’s all you need to do, should take like 5-10 minutes at most.

thanks, but what now?

aren't 3 in1 shower gels bad?

Shitposting in the Looksmaxing subforum.
You don't need any of this.Just take a cold shower and you will turn into Thanos in a second.

The only “bad” thing, is that it dries the hair, just like ANY other shampoo or hair cleaning product. Cleaning the hair will mean removing it’s oils and moisture.

Which is why I stress the importance of a stand alone conditioner at the end.

Don’t think there’s any sulfate-free 3 in 1.

Even then, you’ll still need conditioner after a sulfate-free shampoo. So my method is still most time efficient and effective.

do you get a ban warning if you do this?

Explain how it’s bad.
sulfates, parabens, you're litteraly destroying and overdrying your hair with these shit. thats why it is normally split in three different category's. body, face and hair. each one is different and needs different treatment.

Not really "bad" per se, but a 3 in 1 won't be as effective if you just got the three 3 products you need (i.e. instead buying a 3 in 1 conditioner, shampoo, and body wash just get those things as standalone products.)
