as a kid i was always told to eat shit ton of protein and get high t by youtube fitness influencers and guys i asked online but i never had enough so i used it as an excuse to not train and then started genuinely believing that its why i cant make any gains despite 'training'. why my brain works like this? its like i would rather stay in a septic tank than take accountability and start doing the work
