I literally want to understand why Jesus is highly revered in the Quran and it’s even made explicit that He was born of a virgin birth and that mother Mary is the best woman that has ever lived and that Jesus lived a sinless life. Correct?

With that as the pretext, WHY is Muhammad not the same YET he is the final prophet?! Why is Muhammad a literal slayer (murderer), and why are his parents in hell for being pagans? You start all of your 5 prayers by directly blessing Muhammad and yet somehow you all see him as the most perfect man but evidently he isn’t. He died by poisoning and his family is in hell.

I cannot reconcile this at all and need help from you muslimcels! Make it make sense for me!

Already answered the parents matter in a different thread. If he was trying to fake being a prophet he would have said his parents and his entire lineage were in Paradise like kings and despots do. Instead he humbly said that both his father is in hell, and that he wasn't allowed permission by God to ask forgiveness for his mother but he was allowed to visit her grave.

Also we believe every prophet is sinless except few small sins or in case of being big sins they were by accident like Moses killing a man. We don't believe anything a prophet does is bad.

Speaking about Muhammad being in wars... so what??? If anything that is proof of him being the last prophet. He addressed every small issue from how to eat to even economical stuff like the prohibition of socialism or economical interest. Jesus (Peace and Blessings be upon him) was never married, was never in a war, never had children, etc, he never addressed how we should deal with tons of issues. Muhammad (Peace and Blessings be upon him) lived in almost all situations possible and told us how to adress them.

Also you believe that Jesus was God, the same God that according to the Bible ordered the merciless killing of amalakites including donkeys and children, or the killing and rape in Numbers 31: 17-18. And also you believe that Jesus will comeback and destroy every disbeliever, but you act as if that was never mentioned in the Bible or something

Also to try to argue with Mary (Peace and Blessings be upon her) being a believer as proof that Jesus is somehow better is ridiculous. In Islam we believe people deserve paradise or hell because of their actions, not because of their lineage or ancestry line. You don't seem to believe the same.

Prophets are only infallible in revelation. But they are not perfect and sinless. They are not angels.

We believe in Islam prophets are free of every major sin (Except by accident like Moses, Peace and Blessings be upon him, killing a man), and that they may commit minor sins and then repent.

And yes, the Prophets are infallible in revelation but not infallible in matters that are not revelation. As for instance, a prophet could say "Such and such cures this ailment" but he does not have medical knowledge, so he could be wrong and that is not considered a sin as long as he didn’t do it with the intention of misguidance.

Christianity does have different beliefs in this issue. For example David (Peace and Blessings be upon him) committed adultery according to the Bible but in Islam we don't believe such thing happened.

"Had the Messenger made up something in Our Name, We would have certainly seized him by his right hand, then severed his aorta [largest artery in the human body, connecting the heart to the circulatory system]"

Then, in Sahih al-Bukhari 4428, after Muhammad has been poisoned:

"The Prophet in his ailment in which he died, used to say, “O Aishah! I still feel the pain caused by the food I ate at Khaibar, and at this time, I feel as if my aorta is being cut from that poison.”"

(Far is the honorable Prophet Jesus from uttering such blasphemy), he gave us lessons that fulfills the heart of the believer like: “How wonderful is the affair of the believer, for his affair is all good, and this applies to no one except the believer. If something good happens to him, he gives thanks and that is good for him, and if something bad happens to him, he bears it with patience, and he will be rewarded for that, so everything that Allah has decreed for the Muslim is good.” Or “The greatest reward comes with the greatest trial.
